Our Story
Bitte Schön Brauhaus opened it's doors on October 15th, 2016. Since that time we have been brewing amazing, small batch craft beer on our 6HL Psycho Brew brew house and selling our beer both on tap in in our retail store.
Owned by VLB Certified and Siebel trained Brewmaster Robin Molloy, this "micro" microbrew is a place to try out new ideas and creativity in beer. We have 6 draught taps that are always changing. We run our brew schedule like the ultimate pilot brew system, testing out new flavours and combinations. We aren't aiming to please everyone, we are aiming to push to bar and make something completely new, tasty and amazing.
Bitte Schön, or BSB as we call it, is proud to a part of the community of New Hamburg, Ontario and we invite visitors from all over Ontario, North America and the world who visit The Stratford Festival, Moparfest and Kitchener Waterloo Oktoberfest to visit us, taste our beer and see what this small, rural Ontario town has to offer.
We believe that Ontario can, and needs to, get back to it's Pre-Prohibition status of having local, community based breweries and we're getting there!Beer is fun, beer is creative and beer builds community.
